The authors of “The Grand Gang” include
Summer and Jacqueline!
Summer enjoys writing, singing, and attempting to play the guitar. She’s loud and laughs waaaay too much; she’s aware of this, so please stop telling her. She’s addicted to Starbucks, her iPod and rain.
Her favorite music includes Mike Doughty, Dave Matthews Band and Beck. Her favorite movies include Trainspotting and Rocky Horror Picture Show. Her favorite TV shows include The Office, Family Guy and Sex and the City.
She doesn’t like Republicans, any intolerant people or writing about herself in the third person…
She very much wants to go to University of Glasgow (Scotland!) to major in English and Music and then move to New York City. :]

Jacqueline (wow, it’s weird writing like this) loves any kind of music and writing. She prefers winter to summer any day, as she is in love with the snow and the feeling you get when you get to curl up in a blanket, drink hot chocolate, and write. She loves a lot of things about life: smiling, laughing, dancing, people who love fun and love other people despite the way they look.
She is not very good at making decisions, so you can imagine favorites have always been hard for her:
Music: ALL( mentioned before) but a few of them are Fall Out Boy, Maroon 5, Beatles, Aerosmith, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Movies: Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Animal House and Josie and the Pussycats (2001, comedy version) Shows: Gossip Girl(!!!), The Office, Family Guy, SaTC, Monty Python, Reno 911!, and Looney Tunes.
She totally agrees with Summer’s political views and dislike of ignorant and intolerant individuals. She thinks everyone has a right to their own opinion, but that they should always be open-minded when deciding something. Her two biggest pet peeves are people who are too conservative in their thinking and people who are pretentious, a ridiculous trait.
One of the main reasons she wants to live in NYC when she graduates? The fact that basically everyone there is open-minded and willing. The way life is always bursting, the lights on at night. Oh, and lets not forget the city cafes, a place to sit and write to her hearts content.
